Delivery Terms & Conditions
Detailed below are the delivery terms and conditions which apply to all transactions on the Cosmetics Fairy website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully. To see the full terms and conditions that apply please .
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.
For all overseas orders, the shipping method is Tracked or Signed Service, and will require a signature upon delivery of the goods.
We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.
Tracking numbers are provided by email after the goods are shipped.
Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. Should this type of item be ordered on an overseas order, then we will automatically refund the non-permitted items and ship the remainder of the order.
The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order.
We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States.
Please note, orders for Italy are only dispatched on a Tuesday and a Friday due to the delivery service we use, so there will be a delay in shipment.

Non-receipt of Order (Overseas)
If an order is not received you must notify Cosmetics Fairy in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Signed or Tracked Service, will not be deemed 'missing' until 30 working days have passed. In the event that an order is deemed missing our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items.
Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by your Country's Postal Service will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage and a restocking fee of £2.50. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
Cosmetics Fairy shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Cosmetics Fairy have the right to deviate from this policy from time to time.
