Dispatch
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Both UK and overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

Free Shipping over £15
Free shipping on all orders over £15, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £15 threshold. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer.

UK Shipping
You can choose your postal service from the following options :  Please note the timescales below are an estimate only, and can vary depending on the Royal Mail postal service and bank holiday closures.

UK Orders less than £15
2nd Class Standard (3-5 working days) = £1.75
2nd Class Tracked (3-5 working days) = £2.75

UK Orders over £15

Non-receipt of Order (UK)
If an order is not received you must notify Cosmetics Fairy in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 10 working days have passed, therefore no resend will be offered until after this period. In the event that an order is deemed missing, our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items.

Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.

Cosmetics Fairy shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Cosmetics Fairy reserves the right to Upgrade your chosen postal service from time to time

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Cosmetics Fairy have the right to deviate from this policy from time to time.
