Detailed below are the delivery terms and conditions which apply to all transactions on the Cosmetics Fairy website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully. To see the full terms and conditions that apply please click here .

Dispatch
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. Overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

International Shipping
For all overseas orders, the shipping method is Tracked or Signed Service, and will require a signature upon delivery of the goods.
We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.

Tracking numbers are provided by email after the goods are shipped.

Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. Should this type of item be ordered on an overseas order, then we will automatically refund the non-permitted items and ship the remainder of the order.

The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order.

We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States.

Please note, orders for Italy are only dispatched on a Tuesday and a Friday due to the delivery service we use, so there will be a delay in shipment.

Non-receipt of Order (Overseas)
If an order is not received you must notify Cosmetics Fairy in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

Orders not received, which were dispatched by Signed or Tracked Service, will not be deemed 'missing' until 30 working days have passed. In the event that an order is deemed missing our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items.

Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by your Country's Postal Service will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage and a restocking fee of £2.50. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.

Cosmetics Fairy shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Cosmetics Fairy have the right to deviate from this policy from time to time.

All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

Free Shipping over £15
Free shipping on all orders over £15, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £15 threshold. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer.

UK Shipping
You can choose your postal service from the following options: Please note the timescales below are an estimate only, and can vary depending on the Royal Mail postal service and bank holiday closures.

2nd Class Standard (3-5 working days) = £1.75
2nd Class Tracked (3-5 working days) = £2.75

In the event that an order is deemed missing, our policy is to replace the order. Refunds will only be made on out of stock items.

Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.

Returns Policy : In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Cosmetics Fairy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 01527 893935 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been sent to you or after you have received it, then no problem. The following procedures will apply :

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'

The product(s) must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition ie. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Cosmetics Fairy.

* For safety and hygiene reasons Cosmetics Fairy will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Sorry but unless the product(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can not refund the delivery charge. Please also note, that if you chose the free shipping delivery method, then there will be a £2.50 handling charge per order for any returned item(s).
