Delivery
We offer a limited range of products to purchase from Cosmetics Fairy. When you purchase from us directly the following delivery information applies. When you purchase from Deloghtso.me directly we aim to ship within 5 working days of your purchase (though it is usually a lot faster than that). To keep prices as low as possible for you some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse rather than ours. Your order will usually be sent via Royal Mail 48 (tracked on delivery) or Hermes tracked but in some circumstances will use other courier services.
When you purchase from another supplier their delivery policies apply and you will be able to find this information on their website.
Tracking
If you bought from our website directly we will usually have sent you a tracking number in your email. You can use that tracking code at Hermes and Royal Mail to see your orders progress. Please note Royal Mail tracking only updates once delivery has been attempted.
We aim to dispatch standard home delivery orders within 3 – 5 working days and delivery is expected within 2 – 5 days after dispatch (working days are Mon-Friday & exclude public holidays).
We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time, but delays can sometimes occur. We’re sorry if we’re late, please allow 48 hours after your expected delivery date before contacting us.
